PROFILE: Quill is one of Spout's hired hands. He is great at repairing or building just about anything. Loves a good joike and spends free time with Grapple and Wheeljack. Detests violence in any form and will only use his tools offensively if his life is in peril.

ABILITIES: Quill has a hand for just about any task. His main four are a hand, a claw, a saw and a drill. He turs into an armored vehicle whose capabilities vary depending upon which tools he is using.

WEAKNESS: His desire not to fight can leave him in trouble. arms can be pulled off, leaving him defenseless.
